Job 12:15-17

¹⁵ If he ^(A)withholds the waters, they dry up;
    if he ^(B)sends them out, they overwhelm the land.
¹⁶ With him are strength and ^(C)sound wisdom;
    the deceived and the deceiver are his.
¹⁷ He leads ^(D)counsellors away stripped,
    and ^(E)judges he makes fools.
